Meet Our Pastor

Rev. Enock Guerrier is a devoted Christian leader and senior pastor at the Living Water International Church in Silver Spring, Maryland. He began his spiritual journey at a young age, accepting Jesus Christ as his personal Savior and Lord. By age 10, he was baptized and became actively involved in numerous aspects of church life, including youth group president, Sunday school teacher and superintendent, choir leader, and drama director. His passion for spreading the gospel led him to start preaching before his 18th birthday.

Pastor Guerrier’s educational background reflects a strong foundation in both education and ministry. He began his academic journey at the Port-au-Prince Teacher’s College of Education in Haiti, earning a diploma in education. He later taught for two years in Port-au-Prince before relocating to Jamaica, where he pursued theology and pastoral ministry at the Assemblies of God Bible College and social work at the University of the West Indies. He earned his Diploma in Theology from the Assemblies of God Bible College, and a Bachelor’s degree from the United Theological College and Seminary.

His education continued as he earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland University College, followed by a Master of Science degree from Concordia College of New York. Pastor Guerrier also began doctoral studies at Liberty University but did not complete his dissertation.

Before moving to the United States, Pastor Guerrier held significant pastoral roles in Jamaica, including Associate Pastor at the Abundant Life Church of Anchovy and Senior Pastor at Cornerstone Church in Montego Bay. In the U.S., he served as the senior pastor of the First Haitian Evangelical Church in Adelphi, Maryland, from 2006 to 2010, before founding Living Water International Church in Silver Spring, where he currently serves as senior pastor.

In addition to his pastoral duties, Pastor Guerrier also taught Modern Languages at the high school and university levels, further demonstrating his commitment to education and personal development.

Pastor Guerrier is married to Sis. Yasmine Guerrier, and they are blessed with two children. His life and ministry are a testament to his deep faith, dedication to education, and commitment to serving both the Haitian and broader communities in Maryland and beyond.
